Fish Commission for the Conservation
and protection of Clams and Crabs in
and about Netarts Bay, Tillamook
County, Oregon
Pursuant to the provisions of Chap­
ter 105, Laws of 1921 of the State
of Oregon, notice is hereby given that
the Fish Commission of the State of
Oregon, after investigation, does
hereby establish and promulgate the
following regulations for the taking,
possession and sale of crabs and
clams from the beaches, shore or wa­
ters of Netarts Bay in Tillamook
County, State of Oregon, said regula­
tions having been adopted at a meet­
ing of the Fish Commission of the
State of Oregon held in the office of
the Commission, 1105 Gasco Build­
ing at 10 o’clock in the morning of
May 6th, A. D., 1924, at which meet-
ing all of said Commissioners were
present.
Whereas, the clams and crabs of
