Notice is hereby given that
virtue of a writ of execution issued
out of the Circuit Court of the State
of Oregon for Multnomah county on
a judgment in favor of Lulu J. Mc­
Daniel. plaintiff, and against Frank
A. Rowe and Belle Madden Rowe,
defendants, I have levied upon the
