The average yield for the year was 11 05 lbs. of cheese per 100 lbs. of milk and 2.72 lbs. of cheese per lb. of butterfat. Cheese sold for $55,193.39. The average price was 23.08 cts. Tilla- mook. The factory received for wh’ey fat $543.11. The making charges for the year amounted to $10,873.52. Expenses for operation were $9,- 019 96.
