years. The citizens have seen a whole
lot of smoke but no fire; a whole lot
of threats, accusations and insinua­
tion, but have seen nothing to sub­
stantiate them; and a vast amount of
agitation, which seems to have been
'hot air.” Some day Tillamook will be
