that said council deems it expedient
and hereby declares its intention to
improve all that portion of Second
Avenue East extending from the
North side of Ninth Street South to
the South end of Second Avenue
East. Also that street sometimes de
scribed as Twelfth street which con
nects the South end of Second Ave
nue East with the South end of Still
well Avenue from the West side of
Second Avenue East, West 211.5 feet
to the W est side of the street running

face drainage for said streets with
all of the appurtenances thereto.

crete headers, with sheet asphalt

mook City, Oregon, and in accord
ance with the plans and specifications
