view school will be held on Monday,

one director will be elected to fill
the unexpired term of Clarence Tild­
en, one director for a three year term

Tillamook was before Judge Web­
ster Holmes last week and it was
Tuesday of this week before the case
was finished. It will be several days
before Judge Holmes will render a
decision, as he has to look up several
matters.
