NOTICE is hereby given that sealed
bids will be received by the County
Court of Tillamook County, Oregon,
until Wednesday, the 8th. day of Oc-
tober, 1913, at 1 o’clock P. M., for the
furnishing of all material and labor
necessary for the construction of the
Bayocean Road from Station 1 plus 26
to Station 60 plus 0 as surveyed No­
vember 1911 by U. G. Jackson. County
Surveyor. The work to be strictly in
accordance with the plans and specifi­
cations on file in the office of the
County Clerk of Tillamook County,
Oregon.
Bidders are to state the unit price
and total amount for each 2400 feet of
the proposed road.
A certified Check equal to 5 per cent
of the amount of the bid must accom­
pany each bid.
The County Court reserves the right
to reject any and all bids.
