What suits him best is “Mr.” Moss—M. M. Moss—and he’s about to leave us. A Secre tary of the Y.M.C. A., a Director of Choruses, a Principal of our South Side High School, a Doctor of Philosophy and a Minister of the Gospel—he leaves them all to become a Singing Evangelist. Those who have had charge of our musical different times will tell you that no one so rendily responded to their call to “Come over into Macedonia and help us” as did Mr. Moss. Some of us who sat and listened will tell you that his “ Is That Somebody You r” sung at our Brotherhood boys’ banquet was even more effective than the splendid addresses of an ex-Governor, an ex-judge ami a District Superintendent. He has left ringing in our ears since Sunday night his “Some body Cares.” We are glad that "Shadows” can be “chased away with a song,” and it is more worth while than anything he has pre pared himself to do, to just do what God has prepared him to do.
