Total boxes cheese sold, 32,018 Total lbs. of butter fat in tnilk, 7l7»929lbs- Ainount received for cheese and butter, $259,355-29- Amount received for cheese, $256,381.65. Amount received for butter, $2,973.64 Average price received for cheese, $12 365 c. per lb. net 011 wharf. Patrons were paid $120,987.co for butter fat. Factories received for making approximately $38>350-°0, f lb. butter fat. Farmers were paid an average of 29.55 c. . per ] 207,790 lbs. of this milk was made into butter. Average yield was a little over 10.93 lbs. of cheese per 100 lbs. milk. 9.14 lbs. of milk required for lb. cheese. Yield was higher than in 1907.
