To the Citizens of Tillamook City : The undersigned, being the committee appointed on ci vic improvement, would again ask the people of the city to co. operate in the work of cleaning up the rubbish and unsightly places of the town. We have arranged with the city authori* ties to have the rubbish, which may be gathered up and which cannot be burned, hauled away. So if each houeeholder will take hold of the matter and clean up their yards as much a« possible, burn, ing what can lie burned of the rubbish and placing the other w livre it can lie reached conveniently, the matter will be aha ped up in proper maimer.
