Court House of said County (being the door

manner and form as upon sale of real prop­
erty under execution, except as by law other­

sold to the person who offers to pay the tax­
es, costs and accruing penalties thereon, and
take a sertitkate of sale at the lowest rate of
interest, provided, however, the maximum
rate shall not exceed 10 per cent per annum.
The sale will be made subject to redemption
