Ao ordinance to prohibit minors from ing or loitering on the street« and p'her places ill Tillamook City during Kain hours, and to repeal ordinance 1 The people ofTillamook City do ordain as follows : Section 1.—That no minor within the corporate limits of Tillamook City under SsU/ the age <>f eighteen years shall be upon lO; street, alley or public place of the city on any night between the hours of 9:00 o’clock p.m. and 4:00 o’clock a.m. from May the 1st to September 30th, . jnclnsive of each year, nor between the ‘7. hours of KOO o’clock p.m and 4.0(1 p.m. a from October the 1st to April the 30th each year, unless such minor be upon an errand or oilier legitimate , business for his parents or guardian, but | in no case during such time that such minor shall be upon such errand or other legitimate business shall be loiter upon I any street, alley or other public place of •aid city. I Section 2.—Any person violating the |provisions of this ordinance shall upon conviction thereof he punished by a fine «not less than two dollars and not jpore than ten dollars and in default of the payment of such fine shall be com mitted to the city jail one da v tor each dollars of such fine. W vo ., Nov. 2 —A second buttle with the Indians who murdered Sheriff Miller and Deputy Falkenburg on Saturday, re-inforced by a large body <»l redskins who had been hunting in the vicinitv of the scene ot the fight, is re ported to have taken place to<>ay 1 ear the Horseshoe ranch.
