THE TILLAMOOK HEADLIGHT. JULY 13, 189_ SPRUCE. WILSON RIVER. Hello, here we are again, Fourth of July gone and not dead yet. Haying is the order of the day now. Make hay while the sun shines boys for Tillamook may return to us soon. Willie Peateifield had the misfortune to jump on anyth© one day last week and cut his foot quite badly, but at rliis writing he is getting along very nicely. School closed here one week so the scholars could celebrate the Fourth. Mr E R. Hayes made a trip to Tilla mook Sai unlay. Mr. William Pesterfield is building a new barn w hich is quit© an improve merit to th at place. Mr, Fred Burkrow went over to Sand Lake Friday after a runaway horse. Mr. Peter Ainacher went to Trask River last we< k to lie gone a week or ten days. Mr. Ed. L.vster is building a new house and <• t having a dance as soon a p it is fl «bed. John Sven son is the earliest hay maker down this way. Lewis Smith, of Miami, visited with Peter Wilson’s the past week. Mrs. K. Peterson and daughter Bertha went to Miami last Sunday. Lars Anderson took his son Lewis to Nehalem on Friday and returned Satur day, where Lewis will work in a logging camp. Mrs. W. G. Kelso’s niece and family f om outside is in on a visit. L. G.
