Notice is hereby given that by virtue of as
execution issued oat of the Circuit Court of the
State <»f Oregon for the County of Tillamook on
the 18th day of February 1896 on a judgment
rendered in the ju dices court tor the precinct of
Iloquarton, Tillamook County, State of Oregon
on the 16th day of October 1894. in favor of T. J
I.ucy anti against Andrew Hauke, for the sum of
Eighty-nine and sixty-nine one-hundredths dol­
lars with interest thereon at the rate of 8 1*’’
cent, tier annum, a transcript of said judgment
was filed with the county clerk of Tillamook
county, State of Oregon, on the 23id day of Octo-
her 1894, and immediately' enrolled and docketed
in the judgment docket of the Circuit Court
aforesaid, commanding me that out of the per­
sonal property of said defendant or if sufficient
cannot be found then out of the real property
belonging to the said defendant in my county on
or after the 23rd day of October 1894 to satisfy
the sum of Eighty-nine dollars and sixty -ili*
cents m I'. 8. (»old coin with interest at the rafr
of 8. per cent, per annum in like gold coin fro»
the 16th day of October 1894 and the further sum
