day of July 1894. on a judgment rendered in the
Justice Court of Hoquarton precinct, Tillamook
county, Oregon, on the 20th day of March I894,
in favor of J. E. Sibley, and against James
Cnristeusen and Simeon Farl for the sum of
Two hundred and forty-six dollars and eight
dollars and sixty five cents costs; which judg­
ment was filed with the county clerk of Tilla­
mook county, State of Oregon, on the 21st day
of March I894, and immediately enrolled and
docketed in the judgment docket of the Circuit
Court aforesaid, and commanding me that out
of the personal property of the said defendants
or if sufficient could not be found then out of the
real property belonging to said defendants on
or after the 2ist day of March 1894 to satisfy the
sum of Two hundred and forty-six dollars and
interest thereon at the rate of 8 per cent, per
annum from the 20th day of March I894 and the
further sum of eight dollars and sixty-five cents

Now, therefore, after due levy and by virtue
of said execution I will sell at public auction for
cash in hand, at the court house door at Tilla­
mook City, in Tillamook county, State of Ore­
gon, on Saturday, the 25th day of August 1894,
