on which is to turn all discussion of the
j linancial question, were today fully pre-
| pared ami are ready for presentation.
The one drawn by the anti-silver men is
i brief and to the point. It merely pro-

ounces of silver bullion, ami issuing
, treasury notes thereon. The measure
! drawn by the free coinage people is
longer, and is unique in being drawn in

greatest possible strength of the free-

portion of the bill provides that all hold­
ers of 1100, or more, of silver bullion of
standard weight shall be entitled to
have the same coined into silver dollars
at the mints of tlie United States. The

silver dollars may, at his discretion, de-
