X ov . 10.—Conservative men of all parties agree that C leveland is elected, though it is at present impos sible to make an accurate estimate of his pluralities or what his electoral vote will he. Returns are slow from all states, and in many states where the vote is close, the official count will be necessary to determine the result. However enough states are certainly Ik’inocratic to insure Cleveland’s election. Nothing definite yet is known as to how the next congress will stand. Several States. N ew Y ork , N ov . 10.—Pensylvania is Republican by 85,000. Ohio is Republi can by a large majority. The Democrats claim with good groumls the electors in six out of fourteen electoral districts in Michigan. Missouri has given Cleve land 14,000 majority.
