The grand opening ceremonies for the new Vernonia school
will be held August 21, starting with speeches and a ribbon cut-
ting ceremony at 10:00 a.m., followed by tours of the building
and a light luncheon. The building will then be open for self-
guided tours all afternoon.
The first Town Hall in the new building will be from 5:30 to
7:30 p.m. with dessert and comments at 6:00 p.m.
Come see the new Vernonia school before school officially
starts on September 4.
