Apr 29 – Lonnie Dennis, 40, Vernonia, arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest on Bridge St.; released to responsible party. – Hit and Run on Jefferson; no suspects identified. – David McNair, 28, Vernonia, arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Assaulting a Police Officer, Resist- ing Arrest, & Criminal Mischief; tak- en to CCSO jail. – David “Pete” Brewer, 45, Ver- nonia, arrested for Probation Viola- tion near Bridge St.; taken to CCSO jail. May 1 – Rusty Campo, 18, Ver- nonia, cited for Criminal Mischief III on incident where dead duck was attached to flag pole in Shay Park. Apr 11 – Thomas Miller II, Ver- nonia was arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving after a motor ve- hicle crash on Pebble Creek Road. He was also cited for Refusing to Submit to a Breath Test. Vernonia Justice Court April 24-25, 2006 Toni Elizabeth Candiello, 34, Vernonia, pled guilty to DUII.
