THINGS TO KNOW: Cool
Whip will condition your hair in
15 minutes. Pam cooking spray
will dry your fingernail polish.
Mayonnaise will KILL LICE. It
will condition your hair (you
only need a small amount).
Elmer’s Glue - paint on your
face, allow it to dry, peel off,
and see the dead skin and
blackheads. Shiny Hair - use
brewed Lipton tea. Disclaimer: I
copied this from a newsletter
and haven’t tried any of it, so
proceed at your own risk, ha.
And by the way, I tried the old
may on n a is e -o n -th e -f a ce-
overnight routine as a moistur
izer and all I did was gain
weight - I had to get up and
make myself a tuna sandwich
every night.
We are in need of thrift shop
volunteers; please come in and
___
see our President, Bill James, if
you are interested.
The Vernonia Senior Center
would like to express our Ap
preciation to The Independent
for allowing us this space for
our announcements and other
expressions
of
interest.
Thanks, Noni, Dirk, Clark and
Rebecca.
