P resident Bush is not a bully by any m eans. He is just carrying out his responsibilities to protect this cou ntry from an em pire that is gaining in pow er and does not have any respect for A m erica or it’s people. Bush did not provide tax re lief to the w ealthy only, but an equal percentage of relief to all taxpayers.
