Public Hearing on the Comprehensive Plan and Map Amendments is governed by Ore gon Statewide Land Use Goals 2 & 14 and OAR 660-025. A staff report will be available to the public at City Hall for seven days be fore the hearings, and may be copied for a nominal fee. Failure to raise an issue in a hearing, in person or by letter or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the decision-maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to the board based on that issue. Public testi mony is welcome, and written statements will be received before the hearing if you cannot attend. The meeting location is accessible to per sons with disabilities. The meeting will take place on the 8 day of April, 2003, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meet ing is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budge,.
