This year’s dinner will held January 18, 2003, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Bucci- ni Hall, St. Frederick’s Catholic Church, in St. Helens. The planned event will be an evening of social fun and enter tainment featuring a full course dinner and entertainment by the Chamber Choir of the Co lumbia Chorale of Oregon. The purpose of the event is to raise funds needed to carry on the work of human rights and hu man dignity in Columbia Coun ty as well as to support CCCHD programs and services. This year’s menu has a Southwest theme, with blue corn muffins with chile and cheese, Ancho chicken breasts with Cumberland sauce, fiesta rice and roast vegetables, a Southwest Caeser Salad, and ending with a dessert of lime sauce over fresh fruit. p.m. The cost is $5.00 per child. The girls will be teaching cheers that will be performed at the Valentine’s Day Basketball Game. Another clinic is sched uled for February 8.
