investigation into the death of
Hon Ha Zweigard, 48, of War
ren. Initial response by St. He
lens Police, at approximately
3:30 a.m. on January 10, deter
mined that the incident was

Jan. 3 - Single vehicle MVA on
Hwy. 47 @MP 67.4. Dean H.
Curyea, 54, Vernonia, referred to
DA for charges of DUII, Assault III
and Reckless Endangering.
Curyea was driving southbound
when he crossed the northbound
lane, ran off the road and hit a tree.
Passengers Lisa Curyea, 37,
and John Gertsch, 30, both of Ver
nonia, were transported to Eman
uel Hospital. Dean Curyea was
transported to St. Vincent Hospital.
Passenger Jaime Curyea, 16,
Vernonia, was uninjured.
