August 16 - Vandalism report ed to a vehicle parked on Bridge St. Officer recovered stolen prop erty for CCSO case. Theft reported on Missouri Ave. August 17 — James E. Dillon, Vernonia, cited for Unnecessary Noise. Page 15 Vernonia Justice Court Vandalism reported to VHS football field. August 18 - Damage reported to building on North St. Stanly M. Zook, Jr., Vernonia and Daryl M. Owen, Vernonia, cit ed for Harassment. August 19 - Theft reported from vehicle parked in driveway on Al abama. August 22 - Three male juve niles arrested at disturbance on Louisiana Ave. for MIP, one also cited for Resisting Arrest. Juve niles released to parents; case re ferred to Juv. Dept. Denise A. Crawford, Vernonia, arrested on a warrant from WCSO; COLUMBIA ROAD & DRIVEWAY. INC. taken to CCSO jail. August 23 - Gregory A. Rey nolds, Vernonia, arrested on a warrant from North Plains PD; tak en to WCSO. August 24 - Judith L. Burton, Vernonia, cited for Allowing a Dog to be a Public Nuisance. August 25 - Officer called to re ported trespass at residence on C St.; no charges filed. August 26 - Responded to fire at vacant rental on N. Mist Dr.; no damage to structure. August 29 - Assisted WCSO with investigation. Male juvenile charged with As sault IV; referred to Juv. Dept. Male juvenile reported as run away; located same day. August 30 - Possible trespass reported at residence on Park Ave.; no charges filed. William R. Davis, 25, Forest Grove, sentenced for prior guilty plea for Interfering with a Police Officer; 180 days jail suspended, one yr. probation, must abstain from use of alcohol or controlled substances, avoid premises where primary business is sale of alcohol, $2,636 fine and assessments w/$2,000 suspended. William Hemphall, Rainier, found guilty of DUII, DWS and Reckless Driving, other charges dismissed; $2,853 fines, 60 days 1 2 8 3 jail w/credit for time served and re mainder suspended, two yr. proba tion, victim impact class. Karlin, 18, Vernonia, found guilty of Criminal Mischief; diversion, $285 fees and reim bursements, evaluation and treat ment; found guilty of Contempt of Court; jail for time served, required to have a job within two weeks.
