of hepatitis B vaccine and a
second dose of measles-con

school this fall. These are in
addition to requirements for im
munization against diphtheria,
tetanus, polio, mumps and
rubella.
Students will also be re
quired to provide documenta
tion of chickenpox vaccination,
or that they have had the dis
ease.
“Children who do not have
the required documentation on
file at their school risk being ex
cluded from school this winter,”
said Amanda Timmons, public
health educator at the Oregon
Health Division.

the office in St. Helens by ap
