ment will be enforcing City Or
dinance 745 which will prohibit
the operation of bicycles,
skateboards, roller blades, or
similar devices on sidewalks
along Bridge Street, between
Weed Avenue and California
Avenue.
Officers have been giving
warnings to people violating
the ordinance since it went into
effect on May 16. Citations will
now be issued to violators. A
maximum fine of $50 may be
imposed.
Parents who authorize or
permit their children to violate
this city ordinance may be cited

contempt of court for FTA; to report
back June 28 with copy of can
celled check.
