The Banks School District
Board of Directors met Sept.
11 to review the beginning of
the school and hold its regu-
lar board meeting.
New teachers Julia Peter
son, Ken Stacy and Gwen
Coe were introduced. Peter
son is teaching special edu
cation in elementary school,
Stacy is the technical educa
tion teacher at Banks High
School and Coe teaches high
school business classes.

BHS students set goals for 1995-96
Saturday, Sept. 23rd...
After attending a retreat to
help them focus on issues at
the sch o o l, Banks High
School student leaders have
set five goals for the coming
year.
The s tu d e n ts ’ goals in
clude working to raise school
spirit and pride, accepting
and tolerating everybody, cre
ating new activities for stu
dents at the school and en
couraging more involvement
in school activities.

regular board meeting is Oct.
9, 7:30 p.m., in the Banks Ju
nior High School library.
