To make the first week of
competition even more excit
ing, the Varsity team won the
3A Scappoose Invitational
last Saturday! Vernonia was
the only 2A team there, along
with six 3A teams and one 4A
school.
The Loggers were very de
termined throughout the day.
They passed and attacked
well and played ferocious de
fense.
