On July 12, the clinic will be open from 6 to 8 p.m. Be ginning August 2, clinics will be held on the first Wednes day of every month from 6 to 8 p.m. Public Health is locat ed in the old St. Helens hos p ita l, 500 N orth C o lu m bia River Hwy. in St. Helens. Parents must bring th e ir ch ild ’s im m unization record with them to receive shots. Cost is $8.00 per dose, but no one will be turned away fo r inability to pay. Medical cards are accepted. Im m u n iza tio n s are a lso given by appointment. Phone 397-4651 to schedule an ap pointment. Residents of Clatskanie, Vernonia and R ainier may have the ir children im m uni zed by the nurse who travels with the WIC clinic. Phone 397-4651 or 1-800-244-4870 for dates and locations. Fire season restrictions starting R e s tric tio n s on o u td o o r burning will be in effect when fire season starts on July 1 fo r Colum bia, W ashington, Clatsop, Tillamook, Yamhill and Multnomah Counties. All burning permits will be sus pended until cool, wet weath er returns, about mid-Septem- ber. Recreational fires will be allowed in the Vernonia Rural Fire D is tric t if a p p ro p ria te conditions prevail. Call 429- 8252 fo r inform ation on re quirements.
