Serving with Wilson will be v ic e -p re s id e n t S h a ro n J a cobs, secretary Jill Hooker and treasurer Sandi Gregg. Wilson w ill also chair the section on Art, Jacobs w ill chair Crafts and Program s; Hooker w ill c h a ir S titche ry and Jeanette Hood will chair Window Display. Instruc tor LaRee Peters, of Portland, has many years experience in te a ch in g .T h e stu d e n ts are currently learning the te c h niques of painting the ocean and will do two seascapes. Next w ill be a pair of la n d scapes. The classes will con tinue into'next year, taking a break d u rin g bad w e a th e r c o n d itio n s . New stud en ts may enroll at the beginning of a new technique. For infor mation or enrollment call June at 429-7731. Tole painting classes under the instruction of Tracy Easlon since January, are ending November 27 with a class on paper Christmas ornaments. A n othe r class w ill start on Thursday evenings in the Ver nonia High School home ec room, under the instruction of Janice Oswalt, who is on the staff of the "Touch-of-Dutch" studio. The class is full, but anyone wanting to put their name on a waiting list should call Sharon at 429-1552. Basketry classes taught by Susan Tooley of the W hite Moon Crafters of Rainier, met twice in November and will re sume again in early stping. Phone June or Sharon if you want to be included on the "in terested" list. S haron Ja co b s and J ill Hooker will teach a workshop, Dec. 10, on making Mop Dolls and Mop Santas.
