It’s time for Gingerbread Tea Seaside Signal The Seaside Museum and History Center offers a series of events at the circa 1893 Butterfield Cottage for the winter holidays and the enjoyment of Ginger- bread Tea. Trees, wreaths and pine garlands decorate every room of Seaside’s authen- tic Victorian cottage. Homemade gingerbread cake, baked by museum “grandmothers,” is served with fresh whipped cream along with a choice of hot tea, cocoa or hot spiced cider.
