Autumn Brelin, 20, and Cyrus Grabenhorst, 22, were arrested in Beaverton after allegedly trying to use a sto- len credit card at a gas station in North Plains just after 8 a.m. Sunday, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office said. A few minutes later, 911 calls indicated that the sus- pects had parked the vehicle a couple of miles away and ran in different directions. Police and deputies then surrounded the area and searched for the suspects with a dog unit. Two of the sus- pects were arrested within an hour, deputies said. Police recovered a photo of Terrill from a stolen cam- era inside the car. All of the stolen belongings are believed to have been returned to the vacationers in Seaside, Rahl said. The Washington Coun- ty Sheriff’s Office has asked that anyone with information about the burglary and theft or any of the suspects call 503- 629-0111. Four people were arrested Fri- day, Jan. 27, at an RV park in Sea- side on a variety of charges related to possession of methamphetamine. The Clatsop County Sheriff’s Of- fice, along with other agencies, ex- ecuted search warrants inside Sea- sider RV Park on South Roosevelt Drive. They found 9 grams of meth- amphetamine, scales and packaging material. Raoul Childs, 57, Luanne Cleve- land, 47, Linda Needham, 57, and Edward Kemper, 58, were all arrest- ed. Charges include unlawful man- ufacturing and delivery of a meth- amphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of methamphet- amine and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used. Subject was told he would not be sold any more alcohol that evening. The caller said he did not wish to have the subject trespassed. 7:47 a.m., 800 block S. Holla- day: Police respond to a report of a subject on the ground. The individual is acknowledged to be intoxicated. He was trans- ported to the hospital. 9:51 p.m. Highway 101: A person was arrested for meth- amphetamine possession. Jan. 14 12:50 a.m., 800 block Avenue 2: Officers respond to a report of suspicious activity to find one person buying furniture off another person who was vacating their apartment. 8:11 a.m., S. Franklin: Officers respond to and take pictures of graffiti reported on a restroom door. Public works was notified to remove the graffiti which had been drawn in dark blue permanent marker. Jan. 16 1:01 p.m., 700 block S. Wah- anna: Caller reports subjects removing firewood from a nearby lot; officers respond- ing speak to subjects who say they are gathering willow. 11:41 p.m., 500 block N. Holladay: A missing person is reported. Jan. 17 2:45 p.m., 700 block Oak Street: Seaside police assist Cannon Beach police with a home search. 9:02 p.m., 8000 block High- way 101: Police respond to a dog complaint. An assault in the 4th degree is committed. 3:39 a.m., 800 block Ave. I: A person is charged with disorderly conduct in the 2nd degree. 3:36 p.m., Section Line: Police are notified that a motorcycle purchased in Seaside was taken to another location and stolen from that locale. 8:42 a.m., Cove parking lot: Po- lice are dispatched to disperse with “looky-lou’s” who come to gawk at heavy machinery doing its job moving rocks and logs from the high tide earlier. 6:24 p.m., 800 block Section Line: Police assist other agen- cies in a structure fire. 2:59 p.m., 300 block S. Co- lumbia: A burglary in the 1st degree is reported. 8:49 p.m., 800 block First Ave.: An aggravated theft in the 1st degree is reported. 3:23 p.m., 9th and N. Lincoln: Police respond to a report of an injured fawn. Officer locating it later described the animal as “pretty spry.” No further action was taken. Jan. 20 4:02 a.m., The Outlet Mall: Po- lice conducting a welfare check on a person said to be sleeping in a breezeway offered the subject options for overnight beds. 9:00 a.m., 1700 12th Ave.: Po- lice respond for a request for a welfare check on children who have not shown up at school. The landlord tells the police the family has vacated the premises and may have moved to Astoria. 12:56 a.m., 300 block 4th Ave.: 1:15 a.m., 700 S. Downing: Police respond to a report of a woman screaming. The woman says she was watching a scary show. She is warned about her exaggerated response to what she was watching and the disorderly conduct laws. 3:03 p.m., Beach and Ave. E: Drug paraphernalia is found and destroyed. 3:07 p.m., 400 block S. Franklin: An assault in the 4th degree is committed. An individual is charged with menacing and criminal mischief in the second degree as well. Jan. 21 Jan. 22 5:34 p.m., S. Downing: A wom- an said to be repeatedly calling and texting a man who didn’t want to hear from her was warned by the police to stop contacting him. Jan. 24 9:33 p.m., 800 block 14th Avenue: Caller reports subject in 1980s model black Bronco driving back and forth in front of his residence. Officer stated he sat there for several minutes and did not witness the vehicle described. The officer left; the complainant called back and said the vehicle had returned. The complainant called out the Seaside police and said officers were “at fault” for calling “their friends” to harass the com- plainant. Police returned to check the area but were unable to locate the described black Bronco. Jan. 25 10:19 a.m., Neawanna River: Caller reports casket sized ob- ject floating in the river. Police determine it is a hunk of Styro- foam from a buoy wrapped in plastic. Public Works is contact- ed to remove the item. 7:13 p.m., 500 block N. Holla- day: Caller reports an intoxicat- ed person passed out under a vehicle. Medix is contacted along with Seaside Fire and Rescue. The person turns down assistance and goes to a sober friend’s house. Jan. 26 9:24 a.m., 1900 block N. Holla- day: The parent of a truant child reported said child to police. Jan. 27 2:09 a.m., S. Holladay Drive: An escape in the third degree is reported. 6:20 p.m., 400 block S. Roos- evelt: Caller reports witnessing alcohol being sold to a minor. Police responding ask the man- ager of the business to look at the video to see if anyone can be identified. Jan. 28 8:28 a.m., 1700 block Thomp- son Falls: Police respond to a report of a man yelling for help in the woods. After a search, no person needing help was located. 2:06 p.m., Seaside Police Station: A person came in to register as a sex offender. 7:34 p.m., 300 block S.
