Past participants are returning Sunday, March 6, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. to serve their signature small bites, tempting treats, wines, local brew, and non-alcoholic beverages. Lo- cal chefs, restaurateurs, vintners, and brewers who have prepared and donated the afternoon’s appetizers, desserts, and beverages will be on hand at the Seaside Convention and Civic Center. Pianist Lynn Archibald, pianist, will provide music for the event. The silent and live auctions include activities within and outside the area, donated by merchants and in- dividuals. “A Sweet Affaire” is jointly sponsored by the Sunset Park and Recreation Foundation and the Seaside Rotary Foundation. The event proceeds provide scholarships to children, youth, and adults to enable them to participate in the array of positive lifestyle activities provided by the Sunset Empire Park and Recreation District. Rotary pro- ceeds fund many school and community projects.
