The restrictions apply to lands in Clatsop County that are protected by the D epartment of F orestry. They are as follows: • Smoking is prohibited while traveling, except in closed vehicles on improved roads. • Open fi res are prohibited, including campfi res, charcoal fi res, cooking fi res and warming fi res, except at designated locations.
