TO BE SELECTED With ground school training virtually complete, five students will shortly be picked from ap proximately 20 who have spent the past six weeks learning air fundamentals for flight instruc- tlon under the civilian pilots' training program In Klamath Falls, Instructor Max Gulley said Wednesday. Miss Anna Marie Schmidt didn't understand when Bad Girl tugged her leash. Anna tugged back, the leash broke, and the two-year-old St. Ber nard leaped a roadside wall and plunged down a 40-foot embank ment. CUTS REVENUES PORTLAND, March 12 UP) A legislative bill recently passed, shortening the commercial fish ing season and restricting gear, will cost the state fish commis sion 115.000 annually in re ceipts.
