Farm plan and estimate sheets must be signed to cover each farming unit in order to be eligible for 1941 payments. Oper ators will be required to comply on all farms which they operate in order to collect payment on any. The farm plan and estimate sheets are also used as official notice of all farm allotments for 1941. Potato growers who have not yet received notice of their potato acreage allotments must file their requests or appeals by March 8. Any appeals filed af ter that date will not be given consideration by the committee.
