DRIVER ARRESTED TWICE IN ONE DAY ON SAME CHARGE Herman William Hart was ar rested at 1:63 o'clock Tueaday morning at Seventh atreet and Klamath avenue and charged with operating an automobile without a license. He was brought to police bureau and posted 6 ball tor his release. Hart was re-arrested at 1:16 a. m. on the South Sixth atreet viaduct, charged with reckless driving, and again charged with driving without operator's license. He posted $60 ball on the reck less driving count and another 16 on the. no-llcense charge.
