It should be particularly pointed out that the chamber of commerce does not In any way recommend to any' prospect the possibility of retail merchandising here. The board of directors has followed the policy for the past three or four years that retail business will take care of Itself and that the chamber of commerce la Interested, not In bringing new stores here but In' seeing that those that are already In Klamath prosper and are suc cessful.
