Elimina tion of billboards in the resi dence section should receive the attention of the city of ficials, and rickety board side walks should be placed in con dition that the safety of pedes trians may be assured. Weeds growing along the Sidewalks should be abated ; ' rubbish piles should be re-! moved; storage of discarded ! machinery and old lumber infdr vacant lots in the business sec tion should be condemned. "In cleanliness there is god liness." This holds true re garding a community the same as it does with the individual. Therefore we should cleanse the atmospheric conditions of Klamath Falls.
