board appeal to have disagreed
with him on almost every ques
tion. Instead, a long set of recom

found two defendants guilty.
The men are Harry Davis and
Tom O'Connor, charged with un
lawfully operating a moonshine dis
tillery. They had ben Indicted re
cently by the grand Jury.
Judge Leavitt announced that he
will pronounce sentence on the pair
Friday morning at 10 o'clock.
