city engineer, failed to pass an en
gineering examasatian given by the
board, sod a license was accordingly
denied him.
It is an Indictable misdemeanor

tivities would be construed as
"practicing."
The hoard was informed at its

Carter, secretary, he was advised
August 24 that Henry was about to
resign. The board accordingly took
