A training school for diplomats as a minor depart -ment
of the proposed college in memory of Wondr.v.v
Wilson is urged by Senator William J. Harris of Georgia.
Harris suggestion was made in a letter to Pleasant A
Ftovall. former minister to Switzerland, and now leader
of the national movement to er?ct a memorial college in
Wilson's boyhood state. The college would he located at
