CHERRY JEWEL DESSERT
1(1 lb.) can pitted light
sweet cherries
1(1 lb.) can pitted dark
sweet cherries
1 (A m.) lamily-size pack
age cherry flavored gel
atin 2 lablaspoons lemon juice
1 (6 02.) can frozen pink
lemonarlo concentrate
1 cup whipping cream,
whipped
2 drops almond flavor
ing Lemon slices
Drain cherries reserving syrup
Measure syrups and add wa
ter to make three cups. Heat to
boiling. Add gelatin and stir un
til dissolved. Add lemon juice
and frozen pink lemonade. Pour
'i cup of the mixture into a
lightly oiled straight sided
mold. Chill until slightly thick.
