touchdown pass to end Otis
Taylor. But Kearney, who was
voted tlie game's outstanding
back, had a pass intercepted a
little later by Jolinnie halfback

yards to make the halftime

Panthers.

tossed a touchdown pass and
caught three aerials for 32

liardi, as "the greatest clutch

vers with 17 points in Saturday
night's game. He was held to two
