Review Sunday school ma terials to make sine they ac quaint youngsters with "the Christian's responsibility in the struggle for racial justice." 5. Integrate the "governing boards, staff and clientele" of church-owned institutions such as hospitals, orphanages, homes for the aged, etc. 6. Require fair employment practice clauses in all contracts for church construction. 7. Examine church invest ment portfolios to insure that no funds ate invested in "en terprises which openly practice discrimination." 8. Give "moral and financial support" to major civil rights organizations. 9. Work for "reconciliation" in communities which are bit terly divided hy racial issues. 10. Support the "prompt enact ment" of civil lights legislation. ' Sirs. Oswald, 21, has t w o young children and speaks little English. She was left penniless when the suspected assassin of FORT WORTH 'ITU - Mrs. Marguerite O.-uald. mother of accused presidential assassin Lee Harvey Oswald, said she will announce today whether she will moe her son's body from a Fort Worth cemetery. Police urged that Use body be moved to protect it from ghouls, who might break open the grave and take the corpse. Guards, costing $3,000 a month, now watch tlie burial spot. Mrs. Oswald also indicated that she will bring to light "dis crepancies" in the FBI's case against her son today during an afternoon news conference, which was announced Thurs day. Mrs. Oswald, in an interview Thursday, contended that her son had been made tlie "scape goat" for police and FBI negli gence. Received Offers Mrs. Oswald. 5ti. also indicat ed that she had received a "number" of offers for her book on her son's life. The un employed woman confirmed that she would write the book. She said she originally had intended to do the book before her son had returned from Rus sia using his letters to her as a commentary on the Russian social system. She said slic dropped flic idea when Oswald came home and indicated he wanted to do the book himself. "I believe Ice did not get a fair deal," Mrs. Oswald said. "He never had a chance to dis prove tlie charges against him." At the same time, she reiter ated her claim that the FBI could have kept Oswald from committing tlie crime. Mrs. Oswald said she had hoped Oswald would have been buried in Arlington National Cemetery, across the Potomac from the nation's Capitol. "He received an honorable discharge from the service," she said. "I intend to see to it that false publicity surrounding his discharge will be cor rected." i Oswald was released from active duty in Sept. 1958 on hardship grounds, shortly after his mother was hurt in a candy store accident.
