Nutmeg
Chill cranberry juice cocktail.
Prepare whipped topping mix
as directed on package. Fold in
rum or rum extract. Fill cock
tail glasses 2-3 full with chilled
cranberry cocktail. Top each
with 2 tablespoons whipped top
ping and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Makes 12-16 servings.
CRANBERRY MILK PUNCH

j cup instant non (at milk
crystals
2 tablespoons lemon juice
teaspoon orange extract
teaspoon nutmeg
i cup sugar
1 quart Cranberry Juice
Cocktail
Combine ice water and milk
crystals in ice cold bov.1. Whip
with cold beaters until soft
peaks form '3 to 4 minutes i.
Add lemon juice. Beat until stiff
(3 to 4 minutes I. Fold in sugar.
Pour cranberry" juice cocktail
into punch bowl; fold in whipped
milk mixture. Serves 8.
CRANBERRY PUNCH
4 quarts Cranberry Juice
Cocktail
1 quart orange juice
1 I2-oz. can frozen lemon
ade concentrate plus 5
cans w alcr
4 cups pineapple juice
Lemon sherbet
Mix ingredients. Chill and
serve in punch bowl with lem
on sherbet floating on top.

1 quart Cranberry Juice

2 cups orange juice
4 7-oz. bottles lemon-lime
carbonated beverage
Pour ingredients over ice in
punch bowl. Garnish with scal

2 cups apple juice
2 pint bottles Cranberry
Juice Cocktail
1 cup lemon or lime juice
2 cups light corn syrup
