Applications may be ob tained from the extension office. Former 4-H Club members as well as new members must fill out the applications. Club work is available to all Oregon residents between the ages of 9 and 21. in order to en roll this year, youths must be 9 years old before Jan. 1, 1964. 4-H Club work is a youth edu cation program sponsored by each county extension service in cooperation with Oregon State University and the USDA. Clubs cooperate with schools, churches, and other youth pro grams to help young people be come responsible and useful cit izens. Parents may jjarticipate in 4-H by becoming volunteer club leaders. House Trailer Fees Increase SALEM (UPI) -License fees have gone up for most Oregon house trailer owners due to a change in the fee schedule which took effect Oct. 2. The change will mean more money for Oregon counties which receive all house trailer fees' collected by the Depart ment of Motor Vehicles except for the $6 registration fee. Fees increased from S to 50 per cent, depending on age, when the depreciation rale of a house trailer's market value was decreased by the 1963 leg islature. Carl Clement, publisher, has donated a fir tree from the silo of the proposed transportation museum and park and will ar range its erection at Dunsmuir's main intersection, Arnold said. Businessmen are donating gift certificates as prizes in a week ly contest which will have the "Price is Right" in Dunsmuir as its theme. Final Christmas plans will be made at a Merchants' Associa tion meeting Tuesday evening at the Travelers Hotel. The chamber will suggest to the city council that the parking meter dilemma be placed on the city election ballot in April.
