Fall's The Time For Cheese Waffles

BLUE CHEESE-NOODLE
CASSEROLE
(Servings, 6)
1 (6-ounce) package noodles,
1 cooked and drained
1 Tablespoon butter
1 13-ounce) package cream
cheese
1 ounce blue cheese
1 (8-ounce) can tomato
sauce
1 Tablespoon dehydrated
minced onion
a cup finely chopped celery
1 package frozen peas, de
frosted Melt butter, cream cheese, and
blue cheese together. Add cooked
noodles and remaining ingredients
and mix well. Turn into 1'4 quart
' casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for
. 20 minutes.
ROSY DRESSING
1 cup commercial sour
cream
1- cup tomato sauce
I Tablespoon grated lemon
rind
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
Combine all ingredients. Chill
thoroughly before
chilled fruit.

A FAREWELL TO SUMMER Before the nights get too
cool for outdoor parties, serve one more for special
friends. Make it a gay affair with a bounty of roast beef
'on the carving board. Be sure it has a minimum of fat
with a maximum of flavor. Let the family and guests make
their own roast beef sandwiches, topped off with a cola
slaw made with new cabbage dressed with a mustard
whipped cream combination. Try this Whipped Cream-
Mustard Coleslaw 4 to 6 servings. Combine two cups
of shredded cabbage, two tablespoons wine vinegar, two
tablespoons salad oil, I teaspoon salt, I teaspoon sugar
and 'A teaspoon celery seed. Refrigerate for one hour.
Fold one teaspoon prepared mustard into 'A cup whip
ping cream, whipped and combine with coleslaw. Serve
with the roast.

INDIVIDUAL SWISS STEAKS
1 beef round steak, cut 't

Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Pound seasoned flour into steak.
