Soviet Premier Schedules Visit To Devastated City BELGRADE (UPI - Soviet Premier Nikita S. Khrushchev is coming to Yugoslavia Tuesday to inspect tlie ruins of a city shat tered by an earthquake and to discuss the Communist world movement cracked by an ideo logical tremor. Official sources said Khrushchev will spend a day touring tlie Macedonian capital of Skopje. smashed by a July 26 quake and now being rebuilt with American and Soviet aid. TOP DRIVER WESTBL'KY, N Y. (L'PIi-John Chapman was the leading driver at Roosevelt Raceway last year with 71 victories. It was his first full season at the Long Island harness racing track. But after four days of public appearances in Belgrade and the Skopje visit, sources said the So viet leader will spend a week to 10 days huddling with President Josip Broz Tito on the Sino-Soviet Heads Group W ASHINGTON (UPP Presi dent Kennedy announced Friday he will anoint Joseph H. McCon nell, president of th j Reynolds Metals Co. of Richmond, Va., as chairman of the V. S. delegation to the administrative radio con ference at Geneva, Switzerland, Oct. 7 to Nov. 8. The conference will allocate ra dio frequencies for space-radio communication. ideological dispute and other ma jor international issues. Khrushchev's third visit to Yu goslavia fits into a pattern. His first visit, in 1955. began to patch up the Moscow-Belgrade relations that ruptured In 1948 when Tito refused to knuckle under to the late Josef Stalin and made his Yugoslav revolution nationalist as well as Communist. In 1956, while visiting Romania, Khrushchev hopped over to Yu goslavia for several days on a surprise appearance to warm up the still cool relationship. Yugo slav sources say the coming third visit can only improve the now "normalized" Soviet-Yugoslav re lationship. Khrushchev's call on Tito so soon after the collapse of the recent Sino-Soviet talks in Moscow seems bound to further irritate Peking. Before the Moscow-Peking dis niil rame out in the ODen. Com munist China frequently used Bel grade as a target tor lis criticism of I ho Soviet Union. Peking at tacked Tito's national brand of communism, his non-aligned stand and the peaceful coexistence pol icy Belgrade and Moscow proclaim. Yugoslav sources say they ex pect Khrushchev to welcome Ti to's plans for calling a second Belgrade conference of non-aligned nations, probably in a year's time. The proposal already has the sup port of U.A.R. President Gamal Abdel Nasser and has roused in terest in Asia, Africa and Latin America, Yugoslavs said. HAVC YOUR CAR WASHED . . .
